To start the configuration of Outlook Express, Double click on the Outlook Express icon located on the desktop
To make a new identity (new account) you must click on ‘file’ then go to ‘identities’ then click on ‘Add New Identity’
Type in your name (identity name) and press ‘OK’. It will prompt you to switch to the new user click ‘yes’ then it will shut down and open up again and it will run through a connection wizard (new user).
Click on ‘Create a new Internet mail account’ and click next.
Enter your name the way you would like other Internet users to see when you send e-mail messages. Click Next.

Enter your E-mail address.

Your e-mail address is your User name (eg: fred) followed by your domain name (yourdomain.com.au). Separated by an '@' symbol: fred@yourdomain.com.au

Click Next

ACCC incoming mail server is a POP3 server. Select POP3 from the option list.

The name of the Incoming mail server at ACCC is: ‘ms1.accc.net.au'
The name of the outgoing mail server at ACCC is: ‘ms1.accc.net.au'

You can use your "ISP's mail setting on the Outgoing mail setting. (It doesn't matter who send the mail on, just where you collect it from.)

Enter this in lower case letters, then

Click Next

Your username should be entered in
lower-case letters in the ‘POP Account’ name field and your password entered in the ‘Password’ field, Click Next then click finish
