an extra
mail
account

a seperate
mailbox
identity
simply
open

email
program

on 'File'

menu

then
choose
'Identities'
and
'Add
new
Identity'.

continue
as the
screen
prompts

'Switch
to the
new
identity
now'.
Follow
the
screen
prompts
to 'Create
a new
Internet
mail
account'
and
start
at the
third
screen
shot
below
for
your
settings.

- Open
your
Outlook
Express
email
program.
- Go
to
the
menu
and
choose
'Tools',
then
click
on
'Accounts'.
- On
the
new
window
choose
the
'Add'
button.
- Now
follow
the
instructions
below
from
the
third
screen
shot
onwards.

start
the configuration
of Outlook
Express,
Double
click
on the
Outlook
Express
icon located
in the
'All
Programs'
menu. |
The
first
time you
use Outlook
Express
it will
open with
a window
offering
to make
it your
default
Email
program.
Place
a tick
in the
box and
click
the 'Yes'
button,
then follow
on as
required.

the way
you would
like other
Internet
users
to see
when you
send e-mail
messages.

E-mail
address.

e-mail
address
is your
User
name
(eg:

followed
by Your

Separated
by an
'@'
symbol:

ACCC's
incoming
mail
server
is a
POP3
type
server.
Select
POP3
from
the
option
list.
The
name
of the
Incoming
mail
server
at ACCC
is:
‘ms1.accc.net.au’
The
Outgoing
mail
server
at ACCC
is:
‘ms1.accc.net.au’
You
can
use
your
"ISP's
mail
setting
on the
Outgoing
mail
setting.
(It
doesn't
matter
who
send
the
mail
on,
just
where
you
collect
it from.)
Enter
this
in lower
case
letters,
then
Click
'Next'

‘POP
Account’
name
field
and
is the
first
part
of your
email
address
ONLY.

full
email
address
